Q. What is the difference between acrylic and Perspex?

A.Perspex is a particular brand of acrylic (like Hoover is a brand of vacuum cleaner).

Q. What size / thickness is the acrylic?

A. All our acrylic wall art measures a huge 675mm high, 1400mm wide and 8mm thick.

Q. How are the edges finished?

A. The acrylic has diamond polished edges for a professional and perfectly smooth finish.

Q. How do I clean / care for acrylic wall art?

A. Use a slightly damp but clean cloth and lightly soapy water.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, chemicals and/or furniture polish.

Q. Do you print directly to the acrylic surface?

A. On acrylic wall arts that require printing we do print direct to surface.
We print to the reverse side of the acrylic which helps protect the image and ensures the front retains its glass like high gloss shine.

Q. Why do some designs use vinyl instead of print?

A. Vinyl provides super vivid and perfectly consistant colour tone.
This purity of colour simply cannot be achieved by conventional print methods.

Q. How can some designs be in 3D?

A. These wall arts have graphics printed to the reverse and the also the front.
The image on the reverse is 8mm behind the front image creating the 3D effect.

Q. How do I mount acrylic wall art?

A. We supply a full size printed paper template with drill hole positions marked on.
This allows you to quickly and precisely position your wall art in the perfect spot.
Once positioned simply follow the four step instructions guide also printed on the template.

Q. What are Wall Studs / Stand Offs?

A. All our acrylic wall art comes with 4 x 25mm diameter polished aluminium wall studs. When attached to the wall they make the acrylic stand off by 30mm - achieving the über modern “float effect” look.
The wall mount fixings can be attached to almost any type of wall substrate.

Q. Will my acrylic wall art be safely packaged?

A. To ensure maximum protection during transportation/shipping every wall art is securely packaged and includes the following:

	A protective film applied to the non printed side
	Enclosed in a double layer of bubble wrap
	4 x sturdy plastic corner guards to each corner
	All packaged within thick, double walled cardboard packaging

Q. How will my order be posted - UK Mainland & Northern Ireland?

A. All our UK Mainland & Northern Ireland orders are shipped using professional courier companies. Our carrier will deliver your wall art between 7am and 9pm. A signature will be required on receipt..

Q. I don’t live in the UK. Can I still order?

A. We ship our wall arts world-wide! Simply select your country from the Delivery drop down in the product page for the shipping costs.

Q. My country isn't listed in the Delivery drop down menu?

A. Don't panic! Simply email us the following details for a personalised shipping quote:
1. Number of acrylic wall arts you wish to order
2. Post or zip code
3. Country

Q. How long will delivery take once ordered?

A. Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland orders, although we would hope to complete your order much sooner than this. You will be informed by email once your wall art has been dispatched.

Q. I require a custom / bespoke size?

A. We offer a complete custom sizing service up to a maximum continuous sheet size of 3000 x 2000mm (3 x 2m). We can even print an image over several sheets if required. Simply contact us with your project requirements.

Q. I have seen a wall art in the gallery but it isn’t available in the colour I require?

A. Simply contact us with your colour reference and we’ll see if it is possible.

Q. Can I supply my own digital image / photograph?

A. The "Print Your Own" page is currently under construction and will be up and running soon. This will allow you to upload your own art, image, design or photograph and print this image onto A1 or A2 (5mm thick) acrylic panel.

Q. I love acrylic wall art but I can not find a suitable image?

A. We have access to millions of hi-resolution royalty free images covering all subject matters and art styles. Please contact us discuss your project requirements.

Q. Do you accept commissions for bespoke, corporate and trade artwork?

A. The World Famous Wall Art Rockers work on many large scale commercial projects and can also accommodate private art commissions for your home.

Q. Do you provide trade / bulk discounts?
