All our acrylic wall art is individually quality checked and signed for by one of our experienced production team prior to packaging/despatch.
To ensure maximum protection during transportation/shipping each acrylic wall art has:

Once full payment has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery although we would hope to complete your order much sooner than this.
You will be informed by email once your acrylic wall art has been dispatched.
This will also include all the required tracking information.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following day.

All our orders are shipped using professional courier companies. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature will be required on receipt so please choose a suitable delivery address taking this into consideration (ie. work place, neighbour, relative etc.)
The correct delivery charge will be displayed on the shopping basket page.
It is possible for you to collect your acrylic wall art direct from our production building in Leeds. Simply select "Customer to Collect" from the delivery drop down menu when ordering, complete the contact details and proceed to checkout.
Once the payment process has been completed we will contact you with the relevant location details and arrange a suitable time/date for collection.
We only use trusted, reliable and efficient couriers (incuding DHL, FedEx and Parcelforce) for all international deliveries. Please order in complete confidence.
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for taxes and duty charges levied in thier own country. In these instances we cannot take any responsibility for any customs or import taxes incurred in the country of delivery and must be paid for by the customer.
Our aim is 100% satisfaction, but if there are any issues we will get on the case immediately.

Cancelling an order
In the event that you do decide to cancel your order, we would ask that you please notify us immediately as all our acrylic wall arts are hand made items and once it has been manufactured on your behalf this is at a cost to ourselves.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your acrylic wall art purchase from The World Famous Wall Art Rockers. If this is not the case simply return the product in its original packaging within 7 days for a full refund.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for damage once you have signed and accepted delivery.
Ensure you have CHECKED THE ITEM before signing for it. In cases of damaged goods it must be signed for as Damaged at the time of delivery. You should then email us as soon as possible and we will advise you accordingly.
Signing unchecked on the delivery note will not be accepted in the case of a claim.
